Press Release Body: The yalst LiveSupportTool is a 1:1 advisory service software,
allowing visitors to interact with the Web site owners via chat sessions. Using the
yalst LiveSupportTool, a new level of interactivity with homepage visitors becomes
possible. Instead of communicating with customers through Web forms or e-mail, yalst
can approach customers directly and support any questions they might have. Assisted
by a real-time monitor and various statistical evaluations, the operator of a
commercial or service-orientated Web site will be able to understand the behavior of
the customers a lot better.

A chat can be initiated simply by clicking a chat button on the Web page. Using the
auto-invite function, the software can also automatically invite visitors to a chat
session, based on certain criteria, such as, for example, a certain minimum visit
duration. Support members can transfer files from their local computer (offers,
outlines, prospectuses, etc.) directly to the visitor and vice versa. A plugin-free
cobrowsing function enables the support staff to surf together with a visitor
through Web sites, which have a working yalst integration available. During this
shared browsing session, the online adviser is able to hint the visitor towards
arbitrary elements of the page with arrows, as well as fill out forms. In order to
leave no important questions unanswered during a downtime a customized contact form
and a FAQ section can be created easily.

Version 6.1 is the initial release in English. Version 1.0 was already released in
the year of 2003 for the German-speaking market. Since then, yalst has undergone a
continuous development process, thereby turning into a high-end Live Support, web
analytics and e-marketing solution.

The Web-based software is available as a hosted service (no software installation
required). Alternatively a download version can be acquired for a one-time price.
Free trial versions can be used to evaluate both variants.
